2. Free Tier Usage

Free accounts are limited to 3 cover letter generations per day per IP address. This limit exists to ensure fair access for all users and to manage service costs. Attempting to circumvent the rate limit (e.g., by using VPNs or proxies to obtain additional free generations) is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CoverLetterAI only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to generate content for fraudulent job applications or impersonation of another person.
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or perform automated bulk requests against the service.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the AI-generated output as your own AI service.
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of third parties.

4. Ownership of Generated Content

The cover letter text generated by our AI based on your inputs is provided to you for your personal use. You are free to use, edit, and submit the generated cover letter for job applications. We do not claim ownership over the specific output generated for you.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for all situations. We strongly recommend reviewing and personalizing the output before submitting any application.

5. No Guarantee of Results

CoverLetterAI makes no guarantee that using our service will result in job interviews, employment offers, or any other outcome. Cover letters are one component of a job application and results depend on many factors outside our control.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability
