We do NOT store the job description text, your background/resume text, or the generated cover letter. This information is processed in memory and discarded after the response is returned to you.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not require you to create an account or provide an email address.
• We do not collect your name, contact details, or any personally identifiable information.
• We do not use tracking pixels, cross-site cookies, or third-party analytics services.

3. How We Use Your Information

The IP address and request timestamp are used exclusively to enforce the free-tier rate limit (3 cover letters per day per IP). We may also aggregate anonymized usage counts (e.g., total generations per day) to monitor service health.

4. Data Retention

Usage records (IP + timestamp) are retained for up to 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Job title logs may be retained for up to 90 days for aggregate analytics purposes, with no link back to a specific individual.

5. Cloudflare Infrastructure

6. Cookies

We do not set cookies on our website. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie (__cf_bm) for bot management purposes. This cookie does not track personal activity and expires at the end of your browsing session.
